Returns policy

The workshops in a box include sealed art materials so we are unable to accept any returns on unsealed and used products. Please contact hello@crafterscoolclub.co.uk for more information. 

There is no refunds or exchanges for the Christmas accessories. 

Shipping costs

We ship to Europe but please contact us if you would like any of our products to be shipped further. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. 

I will have 2 postage days a week and due to Covid 19 there may be some delays on delivery.
